Order processing is 3-5 business days and standard shipping 5-14 business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). 

 Important: We do not offer express shipping, and the post office may be experiencing delays and slower shipping times due to COVID. 

Email Response time during holidays or huge sales may exceed 72 hours

ONLY DEFECTS AND INCORRECT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED BACK, NO SIZE/COLOR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED).

 
 
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THAT ITEM. WE WILL ISSUE YOU A PREPAID RETURN LABEL FOR YOU TO MAIL BACK THE DEFECTIVE ITEM. STORE CREDIT AND/OR A REPLACEMENT WILL BE ISSUED. 
 
 
Refunds: No refunds or cancelations are issued. This is clearly stated at checkout before paying.
 
Exchanges:  Once an item has been marked as delivered, it is not eligible for exchange.
